LIVESTOCK SHIPPING

-  Regional Victoria or Out of State next day - Startrack Premium (variable costs calculated at check out)

We only ship Livestock via Startrack on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 

We are not permitted to ship any livestock to TAS, NT and WA.

 

OUR LIVESTOCK GUARANTEE

Here at The Aquatic Vault we pride ourselves on the health and well being of our Plants and Animals. We pack and ship our livestock in the best possible way to ensure success of delivery. Please read our guarantee policy for your choice of shipping. 

Startrack Premium comes with our live delivery guarantee for all orders received within 24 hours of dispatch. If parcels are mismanaged by the courier or held up in transit we cannot guarantee the health and safety of the live stock and therefore cannot except any claims. 

Local Delivery offers a 100% live delivery guarantee on all orders.

Claims must be accompanied with an accurate photo of the fish or coral in the original sealed bag(s). Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please e-mail your photograph and details of your claim on the day of your stock arriving to info@theaquaticvault.com so that we can process a replacement or refund of the purchase.

Our live fish guarantee is void if:

• No-one is present to receive the consignment at time of delivery and the consignment is left unattended at the destination.
• The livestock are not held at the delivery address and/or are on-sold or transferred to another person.
