Shipping Policy:

We ship our products via the method of your choosing, with the cost depending on size and weight.

Heavy items and long distance or remote shipping may attract an additional fee, we will notify you prior to dispatch if this is the case. Orders are dispatched in 1-3 business days subject to the items availability. Shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location, all shippings fees are calculated after purchases

We will ship all Livestock via TOLL AIR EXPRESS to all major airports on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or via our personal courier in metro areas on Monday and Thursday with in victoria

We will ship tanks at the buyers risk. We are unable to offer any insurance on aquariums shipped. We do our utmost to ensure all tanks are wrapped appropriately and marked as fragile.

We do not ship to parcel lockers.

All orders are authority to leave unless otherwise requested. If there is a failed delivery, you will incur a re delivery fee of $10 to be paid prior to re delivery.

NT customers need a permit before we can ship any plants.
TAS customers are only able to order dry goods or fish with permits
WA customers cannot order plants - fines can apply

We ship to all States and Territories within Australia. At this time we do not accept international orders via our online store.
