Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give customers refunds if you change your mind, select the wrong item or damage the item during self installation. We offer a complete range of installation and maintenance services at competitive rates and it is recommended that customers use these services if they feel the job at hand is outside the ability to complete themselves.

The customer is entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit where an item has been found to be faulty. On some occasions items may be required to be sent back to our store for a warranty claim assessment.
